Yorkshire Pudding Sundae

Today, we invented (Mimi claims no responsibililty for this) a fabulous new British dessert dish.
It's called Yorkshire Pudding Sundae.
   Warm a Yorkshire Pudding (without the beef drippings!) in the microwave for 10 seconds
   Sprinkle 1/2 tsp cocoa powder in the bottom of the Y.P.
   Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
   Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder

Delicious!
Sadly, it probably will never be accepted in the UK, because of preconceptions about how Yorkshire Pudding ought to be used.
