Ada - Day 12: Sunday Roast At the Pub

Getting ready to hit the road. Scurry, scurry.
Ada is ready to leave. Now.
This is the neighborhood. It's normal for cars to park in the traffic lanes, so getting through requires taking turns sometimes.
As soon as we arrived at the walk path at Clevedon, Ada required some major re-diapering. It was a team effort.
Almost ready to walk.
It was chilly and very windy, so we bundled up.
One part of the path overlooks the mud flats of Bristol Bay. The mud is quite treacherous, and this area has the second longest tide run in the world.
The path is called "Poet's Walk", as Alfred Lord Tennyson's house is nearby.
We came to a great photo spot. So we took photos.
Beautiful family.
All of Ada's grandparents. Clevedon in the background.
Mark and Ada.
Ada had her first Sunday Roast, at the Moon and Sixpence.
After lunch, we walked out on the Clevedon Pier. It is a beautiful work, opened in 1869, and restored in the 1980's.
One objective was to locate and view the plaque Mark and Sarah placed in 2003 to commemorate their Mum's birthday.
After a bit of searching (it had been a while since it was last viewed) the spot was located.
There are lots of plaques, as it is a means of fundraising to support the pier.
Here it is!
